100 ml skim milk |
150 ml natural yoghurt |
1 mango, skin off, flesh removed, seed discarded |
4 ice, blocks |
2 teaspoons honey |
ground cardamom, a pinch (or more) |
Directions:
1. Blitz all ingredients together till smooth. 2. Serve in a chilled glass. |
