4 ounces milk
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend the mixture until smooth.
2. Pour it in a glass and serve it chilled.
