Mango Healthy Wake-Up Drink |

Often my daughter does not want breakfast. This is a healthy alternative full of calcium and fresh fruit. Ingredients:
2 mangoes, peeled and flesh cut into chunks |
1 banana, cut into chunks |
3 oranges, juice of |
4 cups skim milk |
250 ml natural yoghurt |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence |
2 passion fruit pulp, of |
Directions:
1. Place fruit flesh in blender and pulse until pureed. 2. Add all other ingredients except passionfruit pulp. 3. Blend well. You can add ice-cream for a less healthy version if you want. 4. Drizzle passionfruit pulp in glasses, then fill with drink. 5. Enjoy! |
