I found this in my hunt for recipes to use my bumper crop. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped ham |
1 cup flour |
2 tablespoons chopped onions |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 tablespoon chopped sweet pepper |
1 cup mashed mango |
1 cup finely chopped celery |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Beat egg slightly. Mix ham, flour and curry powder. Stir in milk. 2. Add egg, celery, pepper, onion and mango. 3. Shape in a loaf. 4. Bake in a flat pan for 1 hour at 325°F. |
