I got this recipe from a friend. If you cannot find canned mangoes in syrup, then canned peaches in syrup work perfectly in it's place. Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops |
1 habanero pepper, finely chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
15 ounces canned mangoes in syrup |
Directions:
1. Place pork chops in slow-cooker. 2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, and pour over pork chops. 3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. 4. Serve over rice. |
