From the WEEKEND magazine! Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
200 ml mango ice cream |
1/2 cup canned pineapple, chopped |
8 slices fresh mango (aplhonso variety, preferably) |
4 tablespoons grenadine |
Directions:
1. Blend milk and half the quantity of the ice-cream. 2. Add pineapple and 4 mango pieces. 3. Take 2 tall glasses. 4. Pour grenadine syrup in them. 5. Add 2 slices of fresh mango to each glass. 6. Pour prepared milkshake into the glasses. 7. Top off with a scoop of the remaining ice-cream. 8. Serve chilled. |
