Found this over at a popular weight loss site and definitely want to try it. For just 2 points, you can have a wonderful tropical treat. Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped |
1 cup crushed ice |
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt or 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
2 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (optional, but if you are using plain yogurt you are more apt to use) |
1/2 cup cold water |
3/4 teaspoon minced crystallized ginger or 3/4 teaspoon peeled fresh ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Puree 'til smooth. |
