This is absolutely delicious. Try it on fajitas, taco salad, or any lettuce or pasta salad. Ingredients:
1 (11 1/2 ounce) can mango nectar, kern's all nectar |
1/4 cup shallot, chopped |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
3 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender; cover. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Use as your favorite dressing on fajitas, taco salad, or any lettuce or pasta salad. |
