This is a really great, light summer dessert. Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped pistachios |
1/4 cup softened light cream cheese |
3 tablespoons white grape juice |
2 mangoes |
Directions:
1. Peel both mangoes and cut into wedges. 2. Divide into 2 chilled bowls. 3. In med. bowl, combine cream cheese and juice and beat with mixer. 4. Spoon over mangoes and top with pistachios. |
