Tropical, luscious, and smooth. Ingredients:
1 cup chopped peeled mango |
1 cup ice |
1/4 cup white grape juice |
2 ounces rum |
2 tablespoons peach schnapps |
1 teaspoon superfine sugar |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to the container of an electric blender. 2. Note-May need to add slightly more than 1 cup of ice to get a good slushy texture. 3. Blend until smooth. 4. Pour into a chilled wine glass. |
