A favorite cocktail from the Caribbean island of Cuba. Ingredients:
4 ounces light rum |
1 ounce curacao |
1/2 cup finely-chopped fresh mango |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon superfine sugar |
2 cups finely-crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until the contents have the texture of snow. 2. Pour into 2 well-chilled 6-ounce champagne or wine glasses and serve with short drinking straws. |
