Easy and good. Ingredients:
6 cups mangoes, ripe and sliced |
1/3 cup flour |
1 cup oatmeal |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/3 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat ove to 375. 2. Place mango in a 9x13 inch baking pan. 3. Mix flour oatmeal, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on mangoes. 4. Bake for 30 minutes. |
