I have not made this but it looks interesting-posting here for safe keeping from the Mexican recipe4living site. Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted |
1/2 cup sour cream |
fresh lemon juice, to taste |
Directions:
1. Place mangoes, sour cream, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Use right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. |
