2 1/2 cups chopped fresh mango |
1 lime, juice of |
13 ounces unsweetened coconut milk |
1/2 cup sugar-free honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Puree in food processor; chill. 2. Freeze in ice cream maker according to your machine's directions. |
