Mango Cinnamon Yoghurt Cake |

for mango lovers .. omit the sugar sprinkle on top if you wann the cake to be less sweet . Ingredients:
200 g unsalted butter |
150 caster sugar |
3 l eggs , lightly beaten |
250 g self raising flour , sifted |
200 ml magnolia yoghurt smothie mango with orange sacs |
250 g diced fresh ripe mangoes |
mix together |
30 g brown sugar / caster sugar |
1 heaped tsp cinnamon pwd |
Directions:
1. Line a loaf pan with non-stick paper . 2. Pre heat the oven at 180 deg C . 3. Cream together butter and sugar . 4. Add eggs one by one and beat well . 5. Fold in the flour . 6. Add the yoghurt . Mix well . 7. Pour half of the batter into the pan . 8. Arrange the diced mangoes over the mixture . 9. Top with the remaining batter . 10. Sprinkle top with prepared sugar and bake for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the pan comes out clean . |
