This is a wonderful sauce for pork tenderloin, chicken and turkey. Ingredients:
2 cups mangoes, fresh and chopped |
1/4 cup red onion, diced |
2 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and set pan over medium-high heat. 2. Bring to a simmer and cook 10 to 15 minutes, until mango breaks down and sauce thickens. 3. (Sauce should reduce to about 1 cup). |
