I came up with this drink to serve at a birthday brunch for a couple of mango lovers! Ingredients:
1 mango |
2 ounces sugar syrup |
2 ounces malibu mango rum |
4 ounces absolut mango vodka |
1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled |
Directions:
1. Blend Mango, Sugar Syrup, Mango Rum, and Mango Vodka in a blender to make a puree. 2. Chill puree in the refrigerator until ready to serve. 3. Add 1.5 oz of puree to a Champagne glass and top with chilled Champagne. |
