2 c flour |
2 tsp baking soda |
2 tsp cinamon |
1 1/4 c sugar |
1/2 c shredded coconut |
1/2 c chopped nuts |
2 c chopped mangoes |
3/4 c butter |
3 eggs, beaten |
2 tsp vanilla-extract.html >vanilla extract >vanilla extract. vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Grease and flour a 9x5 loaf pan. 3. Sift flour with baking soda and cinnamon. 4. Stir in sugar, coconut, and nuts. 5. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 6. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 75 minutes or until done. |
