Found in the search for mango recipes to use up my abundance in the yard. Ingredients:
1 banana, split |
3 scoops cottage cheese |
1 mango, peeled and sliced |
6 slices papayas |
1 tablespoon granola cereal |
3 ounces cream cheese |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
3 tablespoons honey |
3/4 cup whipped heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Place 3 scoops of creamed cottage cheese on banana halves sliced lengthwise. 2. Top with mango and papaya slices. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoons granola. 3. Serve with dressing by blending 3 oz. cream cheese, 1 tablespoons lime juice, 3 tablespoons honey and 3/4 cup whipped heavy cream. |
