wonderful healthy sports breakfast, surprisingly filling. Ingredients:
1 mango |
1 banana |
1 cup fat free natural yoghurt |
1 cup semi skimmed milk (half fat) + extra if too thick |
1/2 cup porridge oats |
Directions:
1. slice mango either side of the stone and with a sharp knife. 2. section up the flesh without going thru the skin of each half, turn inside out and cut the cubes off the skin 3. place cubes in a blender, peel and chop banana and add it and all other infredients to the blender. 4. Whizz until desired consistency adding more milk as neccessary. 5. makes about a pint and a half. 6. This is a sugar free recipe:) but its plenty sweet enough for most people.. |
