This recipe comes from the 2007 cookbook, More Smoothies for Life. The concentration of mango in this drink holds a lot of carotenoids that will helf in giving a healthy, youthful skin. Ingredients:
1 cup ice cube |
1 cup mango nectar |
1 large mango, fresh, peeled, pitted |
1 banana, frozen (peeled, of course!) |
Directions:
1. Combine the ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses & ENJOY! |
