A Delicious healthy drink. Good anytime. The recipe comes from Better Homes & Gardens. Ingredients:
2 cups cut-up chilled mangoes or 2 cups strawberries or 2 cups papayas |
2 medium bananas, cut up |
1 cup orange juice (or if desired substitute 1 cup milk or one 8-ounce carton vanilla yogurt for the orange juice) |
1/2 cup ice cube |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 dash ground cinnamon |
1 dash ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. In a blender container combine mango, strawberries and/or papaya, bananas, orange juice, ice cubes, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. 2. Cover and blend until smooth and enjoy. |
