What a great combination of flavors. Ingredients:
16 fresh watercress leaves or 16 arugula |
16 pieces mangoes, cubes 1 inch |
8 slices prosciutto, thin, halved |
Directions:
1. Arrange a watercress sprig on each mango cube, wrap with a prosciutto slice. 2. Secure gently with a wooden pick. Cover and chill. |
