Mango and Feta Salad With Fresh Basil

A sweet / tangy / savory side dish. This is a just a great quick easy salad.
Ingredients:
2 mangoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped fine
1 teaspoon minced basil
salt
pepper (i like lots of pepper on mine)
Directions:
1. Simple - just toss everything together and chill slightly before serving. Nothing more.
2. Grilled chicken or fish make an excellent main course for this salad.
