1 large ripe mango, chopped |
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 purple onion, diced |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, tossing gently to coat. 2. * 1 cup chopped, refrigerated mango may be substituted for fresh. |
