Breakfast beginnings never tasted better than with this healthy smoothie. Ingredients:
1 mango, ripe |
2 bananas, peeled |
7/8 cup plain natural yoghurt |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
12 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a liquidizer, and blend. 2. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve straight away. |
