i always have to make bigger batches so you would have to adjust or freeze the leftovers. Ingredients:
8 cans of different beans |
8 cans tomato sauce |
2 lb.s hamburger |
1 pk. sliced pepperoni |
sm. can mushrooms |
1 sm. onion (diced) |
1 sm. green pepper (diced) |
chili powder |
2 sm. boxes cornbread mix |
(whatever is needed for the mix) |
toppings |
sour cream |
shredded cheese |
crackers |
Directions:
1. fry hamburger til browned, drain 2. put into large pot 3. add beans , sauce, mushrooms, onion, pepperoni, & green pepper 4. stir 5. add chili powder to your likings 6. heat on low-medium heat 7. stir app. evey 15 mins til warm. 8. make cornbread mix 9. place chili into baking pan 10. top with cornbread mix 11. bake til cornbread is done (refer to mix box) 12. add any toppings |
