My take on the classic carrot salad Ingredients:
1 lb bag of carrots, washed, peeled and shredded |
2 apples, washed and shredded |
1 cup of raisins |
1 small can of crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together, add mayonnaise(just enough to moisten it, usually two large tablespoons is what I use.) Chill in the fridge untill ready to serve |
