I created this a few months ago to get my kids to eat healthier at breakfast. So far, they love it. Ingredients:
1 can of pear halves in juice, drained |
1 container of vanilla greek yogurt |
1 cup fresh pineapple tidbits |
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved |
1 cup granola cereal |
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved |
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Lay the drained pears on a platter, with the holes facing up. 2. In a bowl, combine yogurt, pineapple, grapes,cherries and cheese. 3. Fill each of the pears with the yogurt mixture and sprinkle the top with granola. |
