From a healthy heart cookbook, a low fat & tasty brekky. Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt |
0.5 (310 g) canned mandarin segments, drained |
1 banana, sliced |
2 teaspoons honey |
2 tablespoons rolled oats |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon honey |
Directions:
1. Combine yoghurt, mandarins, banana & honey in a bowl. 2. To make topping: Stir oats in a pan over heat until lightly toasted: cool, combine with cinnamon & honey. 3. Serve yoghurt sprinkled with topping. |
