• 4 oz. cream cheese |
• 1 cup powdered sugar |
• pinch of salt |
• 1/3 cup culinary traditions™ mandarin tangerine concentrate*, thawed |
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla |
• 3/4 cup heavy cream |

Directions:
1. Method: 2. 1. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, powered sugar, salt, vanilla and Mandarin Tangerine Concentrate. Beat until smooth. 3. 2. In a small, chilled bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. |
