A lower fat version of a classic with my twist!! Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup sugar, divided |
2 (8-ounce) packages neufchatel cheese, softened |
1 package (4-serving size) orange flavored gelatin |
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained |
1 cup whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/8 cup of the sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing the filling. 2. Beat neufchatel cheese and remaining sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until well blended. Add dry gelatin mix; mix well. Stir in mandarin oranges and whipped topping. Spoon over crust; cover. 3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set and firm. Store leftovers in the refrigerator. |
