This is a wonderfull cake recipe a friend gave me years ago. Very good , Very moist. Ingredients:
cake .. |
1 box duncan heinz butter yellow cake m ix |
1/2 c. oil |
4 egg whites, beat untill foamy |
16 oz. mandarin oranges with juice |
frosting.. |
1 30z. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix |
1 15 ounce sweetened crushed pinapple |
1 9 ounce cool whip |
Directions:
1. To cake mix add in
2. egg whites,
3. can of mandarin oranges with juice,
4. and oil.
5. Bake in 2 nine inch pans for 30 minutes. at 350
6. For frosting
7. mix together vanilla pudding mix
8. pineapple and juice
9. and cool whip.
