This is a cake that I have had so many complements on, every time I serve it. The pineapple, mandarin orange are a great combo. Ingredients:

1 plain yellow cake mix (no pudding) |
3/4 cup oil |
4 eggs |
1-- 11 oz. can of mandarin oranges with juice |
frosting |
fold together |
1--8 oz container cool whip |
1 small box vanilla instant pudding |
1-- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredience of cake together, by mixer for about 2 minutes until well blended. 2. Pour into a well greased and floured 9 x 13 baking pan, or 2 round 9 inch pans. 3. Bake 350 for about 30-35 minutes until springs to the touch. 4. When cool frost with icing. 5. Enjoy ! |
