Yummy, fruity, moist cake that makes me think of spring! Great cake to take to a potluck. Sometimes I sprinkle coconut over the frosting for an added attraction! Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup oil |
1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice |
4 eggs |
1 (11 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding |
8 ounces cool whip |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Beat eggs. 3. Add cake mix, oil and oranges, beat well. 4. Bake 9x13 greased pan 30-35 minutes. 5. Cool. 6. Mix together pineapple and pudding til absorbed. 7. Stir in cool whip and frost cake. 8. Refrigerate. |
