Mandarin Orange Cake

Yummy, fruity, moist cake that makes me think of spring! Great cake to take to a potluck. Sometimes I sprinkle coconut over the frosting for an added attraction!
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice
4 eggs
1 (11 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
8 ounces cool whip
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Beat eggs.
3. Add cake mix, oil and oranges, beat well.
4. Bake 9x13 greased pan 30-35 minutes.
5. Cool.
6. Mix together pineapple and pudding til absorbed.
7. Stir in cool whip and frost cake.
8. Refrigerate.
