1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup mandarin oranges
1/8 cup green onion
1/4 cup black olives
1 cup chicken breast
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup chow mein noodles
