A waldorf-esque salad and one of my husband's favorites. Ingredients:
2 gala apples, cored and sliced into thin, bite-sized pieces |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup peanuts, crushed |
1/4 cup golden raisin |
1 1/2 tablespoons honey |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together and serve. 2. Keep refrigerated. |
