Manchego With Honey Brown Butter Sauce

I made this recipe a couple of times over the holiday season. so easy to make. Got rave reviews. I modified the amount of butter; original recipe called for 1 stick of butter.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 lb manchego cheese, wedge
sea salt
Directions:
1. Melt butter in small saute pan, and cook until it turns a golden brown. Drizzle in honey and stir to incorporate. Pour over cheese wedge and sprinkle with sea salt.
