1/2 pound manchego cheese |
1/2 pound quince paste |
Directions:
1. Cut cheese and quince paste into 1/8-inch-thick slices, then cut slices into approximately equal triangles. 2. On a platter, alternate slices of cheese and fruit paste. Eat with a knife and fork. |
