Wow! So easy and a great hit at the party. Ingredients:
• 1 stick butter |
• 3 tablespoons honey |
• 1/2 pound manchego cheese wedge |
• sea salt |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in small saute pan, and cook until it turns a golden brown. 2. Drizzle in honey and stir to incorporate. 3. Pour over cheese wedge and sprinkle with sea salt. 4. Serve with crackers, fruit, or veggies. |
