Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces vodka (recommended: fris) |
3 ounces ginger beer, recipe follows |
2 ounces mango puree |
1/5 ounces sour mix, recipe follows |
Directions:
1. Shake well then strain. 2. Sour Mix: 3. 12 ounces fresh lime juice 4. 6 ounces lemon-lime soda (recommended: 7-Up) 5. 3 ounces sugar 6. 3 ounces lemonade 7. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 8. Ginger Beer: 9. 3/4 cup fresh ginger, grated 10. 6 cups boiling water 11. 2 limes, juiced 12. 1 1/2 cups sugar 13. 1/2 teaspoon dried yeast 14. Combine all ingredients, stir well and place in a large container. Seal tightly and leave at room temperature for 24 hours or more. Strain and refrigerate until completely chilled. 15.
