I don't eat this kind of stuff but I made it for my men and they loved it! Ingredients:
3 (15 ounce) cans chili, chili man brand |
3/4 teaspoon red pepper, ground |
8 ounces lasagna noodles, cooked and drained |
15 ounces ricotta cheese |
12 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
guacamole |
sour cream |
green onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Blend 1/4 teaspoon of ground red pepper into each can of chili. 2. Line bottom of a 13x9 inch greased baking dish with lasagna noodles. 3. Spread one can of chili,1/2 carton of ricotta cheese,1/2 package mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese over noodles. 4. Repeat. 5. On the last layer,just top the noodles with one can of chili and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. 7. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes brfore serving. 8. If desired,serve with guacamole and sour cream,then sprinkle with chopped green onions. |
