1 box confectioners sugar |

Directions:
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES 2. CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR TOGETHER 3. SIFT FLOUR AND BAKING SODA TOGETHER 4. ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE, ALTERNATELY WITH EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, BEATING AFTER EACH. 5. ADD VANILLA 6. POUR INTO A GREASED AND FLOURED TUBE PAN AND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES.. CHECK AN EYE ON IT.. 7. FROSTING DIRECTIONS: 8. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. 9. WAIT FOR THE POUND CAKE TO COOL, THEN TOP WITH A THICK, THICK LAYER OF FROSTING.. 10. GOOD WITHOUT THE FROSTING HEAVENLY WITH IT.. 11. THE PICTURE I FOUND LOOKS JUST LIKE THE CAKE WITHOUT THE FROSTING 12. CAN ALSO GARNISH THIS HEAVENLY POUND CAKE WITH ICE CREAM, STRAWBERRIES AND POWEDERED SUGAR.. |
