Mama's Quick Chicken Potpie |

Ingredients:
16 ounce(s) bag of frozen mixed vegetables |
1 12.5 oz can of white meat chicken |
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup |
1 cup(s) bisquick |
1/2 cup(s) milk |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Thaw frozen veggies somewhat in a bowl and microwave 5 minutes. Then mix veggies, chicken and soup. Shake in 1-1/2 tsp of seasoning salt and a little pepper. Pour mixture into an ungreased 10 pie plate. Blend Bisquick, milk and egg in a bowl and pour on top of ingredients in pie plate. Bake 30-35 min or until golden brown. (you can test for doneness by inserting a toothpick or piece of spaghetti into potpie and if it removes without wet batter, it's done) |
