Mama's No Bake Cheese Cake |

If you like a fluffy cheese cake this ones for you. It is light and airy. If you want you can even add a topping but you really don't need it. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese (room temp) |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1/3 cup granulated sugar |
1 tablespoon milk |
8 ounces cool whip (let set in room temp for 20-30 min before preparing) |
1 store bought graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese until smooth (best if you use a mixer) 2. When smooth add vanilla, sugar and milk mix just enough to get everything together (no more then 90 seconds). 3. Once everything is mixed gently fold in the cool whip 1 scoop at a time. When everything is folded in, place filling in the crust of your choice. 4. Cover and let it sit for 2-4 hours in fridge. |
