Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of yellow corn meal
2 tablespoons of white flour
1/2 cup of canola oil
1 teaspoon of baking soda
hot water
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
2. Stir ingredients as you gradually add the hot water till dough is stiff
3. Make dough into patties
4. Fry in pre-heated greased cast iron skillet (if possible)
5. Cook until golden brown on both sides
