If you live in a humid area you will want to cook this for a longer amount of time. Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower seeds |
10 1/2 cups oats |
1 1/2 cups nuts |
3/4 cup sesame seeds |
1 cup powdered milk |
3/4 cup oil |
1 cup coconut |
1 3/4 cups honey |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon orange peel |
1/4 cup molasses |
3/4 cup water |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Bake in greased roaster pan at 325* for one hour stirring every 10 minutes. 2. Let cool & put in canister. |
