Seasoned cornmeal fried catfish. Ingredients:
1 lb catfish fillet |
1 cup cornmeal |
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix the flour, seasoned salt, pepper, and cornmeal. 2. Cover both sides of the catfish with the mix. 3. Fry in about a tablespoon of oil in frying pan until both sides are golden brown and crispy. |
