My mother made this clam dip every New Year's Eve. It's a family favorite. Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) cans clams (minced or drained) |
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Put clams and sour cream into a mixing bowl. 2. Add garlic powder,worcestershire sauce,lemon juice and tobasco sauce. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Stir until all ingredients are blended well. |
