My mother made this clam dip every New Year's Eve. It's a family favorite.
Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) cans clams (minced or drained)
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Put clams and sour cream into a mixing bowl.
2. Add garlic powder,worcestershire sauce,lemon juice and tobasco sauce.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Stir until all ingredients are blended well.
