This is the chili my mom makes and it's my favorite! Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 cup onion |
1 cup celery |
1 (11 ounce) can tomato soup |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 mild chili seasoning mix, packet |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Chop onion and celery and saute. Add hamburger and brown while seasoning with garlic salt and pepper. 2. Add the tomato paste, tomato soup, kidney beans, and seasoning packet, and the the tomato soup and tomato paste cans filled with water twice. 3. Cook on medium heat for 20 minute. |
